Lead the design of complex product challenges from discovery to delivery while setting the standard for craft and rigor. Mentor other designers and spearhead the integration of AI tools into the design workflow to scale the product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own complex, ambiguous product challenges
- Transform messy problems into elegant user experiences
- Pioneer AI in design
- Design Execution, producing high-quality design deliverables
- Collaboration & Commercial Awareness, working in close partnership with product managers, engineers, and data analysts
- Stakeholder Communication, establishing strong relationships across product, engineering, and the wider organisation
Requirements
- Proven Leadership as a Senior or Lead Product Designer
- A Builder's Instinct, with experience shipping code, building products, or spinning up functional tools and prototypes
- Versatile Experience, with a strong grasp of consumer journeys and B2C and B2B product landscapes
- An AI-Forward Mindset, with a highly considered approach to AI in design
- Commercial Acumen, with the ability to see the bigger picture and connect design execution to business outcomes
