Own the end-to-end design of the TradeAware product, from problem framing and user flows to high-fidelity UI. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to evolve AI-first design practices and scalable design foundations.
Responsibilities
- Own TradeAware's design end-to-end
- Solve substantial product and UX challenges
- Work fast and iteratively
- Validate with real customers
- Help shape our AI-first practice
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and the wider team
- Help evolve the design team and its ways of working
- Build and extend design foundations pragmatically
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products
- Strong product thinking
- High craft and a fast, iterative working style
- Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Genuine enthusiasm for an AI-first way of working
- Clear communication
