- 14+ years of product design experience
- Deep mastery of design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning
- Proven ability to drive business impact through design excellence
- Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams
- Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from designers to executives
