Product Designer - Design Systems

Co-own and evolve the Design Language System by creating high-quality components, patterns, and guidelines across mobile, web, and TV platforms. Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, build prototypes, and bridge the gap between design and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Co-own the Design Language System and drive its evolution and adoption to ensure high-quality, consistent product experiences
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve how teams design and build day-to-day
- Design, build, and document components, patterns, libraries, and guidelines that enable scalable and consistent experiences
- Define and implement frameworks, processes, and governance models to maximize effective usage of the Design System
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to build impactful design systems and tooling
- Strong design craft with a keen eye for detail and a solid foundation in typography, composition, color, layout, and interaction design
- Systems thinking mindset — ability to design holistically rather than focusing on one-off solutions
- High proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Git and modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar frameworks)
