Senior Graphic Designer (Night Shift)

Lead and manage a team of designers by delegating tasks, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Act as the subject matter expert in graphic design while collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual assets.
Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership and direction, motivating, and engaging team members
- Assist Team Lead on day-to-day operations and task management activities
- Provide guidance, and support to the Graphics Team
- Manage the team by driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, including in-country, GBAs, and other Growth groups
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of graphics/multimedia
- Bachelorâs degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or an equivalent experience in the field
- Advance knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Experience in creating and editing videos
- UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus
