Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for social media, digital ads, and print across multiple brands. This includes translating creative briefs into polished visuals while maintaining strict brand integrity and agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, campaigns, websites, presentations, print, and internal materials
• Translate briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction into polished, on-brand visuals
• Execute campaign assets across multiple formats and sizes with accuracy and consistency
• Prepare final, export-ready files for digital and print use
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines for all clients
• Review work before submission to minimize errors, inconsistencies, or misalignment
• Uphold agency design standards across all deliverables
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team on concepts and execution
• Receive and implement feedback efficiently and professionally
• Communicate clearly about timelines, capacity, and any potential issues
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
• Maintain organized project files and folder structures
• Name and store files correctly for easy access by the wider team
• Ensure handoffs are clean, clear, and complete

Requirements

• Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating versatility and polish
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop mainly)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital platforms, especially social media
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
