Responsibilities
- Work on challenging projects for large organizations, with a focus on improving the user experience of digital products
- Design high-quality, user-centered designs that meet the needs of users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems
Requirements
- Universitarian master's degree in Industrial Design or a bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design or similar
- 5-6 years of experience as a UX Designer in a professional environment
- Experience with Figma
- Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills
