The UI Designer will own and govern the company's Design System, ensuring consistency across all digital products. They are responsible for delivering high-fidelity interactions, animations, and pixel-perfect specifications for Product Designers and Developers.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern the Design System: define processes, document components, and ensure consistency across all digital products
- Serve as the primary UI provider for Product Designers, delivering assets and specifications that meet their needs with speed and quality
- Design high-fidelity interactions, animations, and transitions that align with product goals and industry best practices
- Leverage AI tools to optimize Design System documentation and operational workflows
- Conduct visual QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across all product surfaces
- Mentor junior designers and drive initiatives that improve UI workflows and team collaboration
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, or UX/UI roles
- Expert-level Figma skills: variables, components, design tokens, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Proven experience owning or deeply managing a Design System
- Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
- Ability to present and defend design decisions in English and Spanish
