The Product Designer creates end-to-end digital experiences by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. They are responsible for UX/UI design, interpreting behavior metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the product.
Responsibilities
- Translate insights and hypotheses into clear, actionable, and prioritized design problems
- Participate in co-creation sessions with stakeholders to align solutions with product OKRs or KPIs
- Analyze research insights and turn them into informed design decisions
- Contribute to product strategy with a user-centered perspective
- Design the logical and narrative structure of the product: flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user flows
- Ensure a consistent experience across screens, devices, and touch-points
- Apply discovery methods and rapid validation techniques to enhance the user experience
- Design end-to-end interfaces applying the principles and components of the Design System
- Interpret behavior metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Iterate on design according to success metrics, qualitative feedback, or experiment outcomes
- Collaborate with the Design Ecosystem team to maintain visual and technical quality of components
