The Senior UX Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly digital solutions by translating insights into concrete interaction designs and prototypes. They collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality implementation and consistency through design systems.
Responsibilities
- Translate insights and concepts into concrete user experiences and interaction design
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with high quality
- Develop and ensure consistency in design through design systems and components
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure good implementation of design
- Conduct user testing and iterate on solutions based on insights
- Actively participate in cross-functional product teams with a focus on user experience and quality
- Explore and design user experiences where AI is involved as part of the solution
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar
- Solid experience in designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- High competence in tools like Figma (or similar)
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical frameworks and possibilities
- Experience with user testing and iterative development
