- Be ok with the stage of the company - still figuring things out but sincerely willing to listen to all members of the team to improve
- Use design as a primary driver for helping consumers understand a complicated construction process
- Use design to attract a certain type of employee to come work at the company
Requirements
- Expert in either UX or visual design
- Ideal candidate can do both but UX is paramount
- 4+ years of relevant design experience at a tech / product-focused company
- Familiar with tools like Figma, Origami, or Framer
