Senior UX Designer

Own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation for a healthtech platform. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to evolve the design system and shape the overall product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end, from problem discovery and research to wireframes, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and shipped product
• Design across the full platform, leveling up the existing product as well as creating new ones
• Help craft the Veras brand, including in-product experiences, marketing assets, and employee and customer swag
• Tackle complex, data-dense B2B workflows and make them feel effortless
• Partner closely with engineering and product to ship, with designs as the source of truth
• Evolve and extend the design system, to keep the product consistent and scalable

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showing complex B2B or enterprise work
• Strong systems thinker, with the ability to design a single screen and the framework it lives inside
• Excellent visual craft, with opinionated and refined work
• Fluent in Figma and modern prototyping, with the ability to ship interactive prototypes
• Scrappy, self-directed, and resourceful, with the ability to figure things out and take initiative
• Fast learner who picks up new tools, domains, and industry themes quickly
• Product-minded, with a focus on the user and business outcome
