Lead the end-to-end design of Atria's AI-powered creative intelligence platform, focusing on analytics and complex creative workflows. Collaborate with the CEO and engineers to define product goals, success metrics, and iterative improvements based on performance data.
Responsibilities
- Drive product outcomes, not just design output
- Own features end-to-end: from identifying the user problem, to defining goals and success metrics, to designing, shipping, and iterating based on real performance data
- Make product decisions — not just UX recommendations
- Design for a complex, data-rich product
- Navigate complex information architecture
- Evolve how we design by proactively exploring and adopting AI tools and methods
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency as the product scales
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years designing B2B products
- Proficiency in navigating complex workflows
- Strong product intuition
- Ability to work in complex product domains
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfort with prototyping and communicating design intent clearly
- Genuine curiosity about AI and a habit of experimenting with AI tools in your workflow
- Fluent English as working language
