The role involves building the core UI/UX and design system for a human-AI collaborative messaging platform. The designer will iterate on designs based on user analytics and dogfood the product daily.
Responsibilities
- Doing a lot of reference-gathering
- Contributing to the buildout of the company's core UI/UX
- Mature the design system
- Writing code
- Using the latest and best in design tooling
- Dogfooding the product every day
- Reviewing user analytics and observing what users do, vs just what they say
- Iterating quickly on designs
- Keeping raising the bar for craft and helping to make Ando a product people love
Requirements
- Strong portfolio, with experience designing around LLM quirks and functionality
- Recent experience coding with agents
- Bonus points if you love prompt engineering
