Own the end-to-end design process for a complex enterprise platform, from initial user research to production-ready specifications. Build and maintain the company's design system while creating intuitive workflows for diverse professional personas.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design process end-to-end, from user research and wireframes through to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready specs
- Build and maintain Linero's design system: the component library, visual language, and interaction patterns
- Design distinct workflow experiences for multiple user personas
- Partner with the CEO and product managers to translate product requirements into design solutions
- Partner with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and craft
- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio of production-grade enterprise or SaaS product work
- Exceptional craft: visual design, typography, and interaction design
- Experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise products with multiple user roles and permission levels
- Strong systems thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Fluency with AI-powered design
