Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will create end-to-end experiences for multiple complex healthcare products, including AI-assisted interfaces and operational platforms. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, user-centered designs and maintain a robust design system.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple complex products, including workflows, chat interfaces, operational platforms, AI-assisted experiences, and internal tooling
• Design end-to-end product experiences across 4–5 products simultaneously while maintaining a high quality bar
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Founders to understand product functionality and translate requirements into thoughtful, scalable designs
• Tackle complex problems and help ideate solutions when requirements are ambiguous or not fully formed
• Create storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments
• Strong 0→1 product design experience from concept through production and iteration
• Candidates must have relevant healthcare industry experience
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns across products
