Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive interfaces for non-technical users. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to evolve the design system and conduct user discovery sessions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for core product areas
- Translate complex, AI-powered capabilities into interfaces that feel intuitive to non-technical users
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, building reusable components that scale as the product surface area grows
- Plan and conduct discovery sessions with customers, synthesize findings, and feed real user needs directly into the design process
- Partner closely with engineering and product to move fast and ship with intention
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or UX design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft, systems thinking, and shipped work across complex or technical products
- Proficiency in AI assisted design tools & Figma
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to ground design decisions in real-world needs rather than assumptions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
