Founding Product Designer

Own the end-to-end product design process for core applications, from initial concept and wireframes to final visual design. Collaborate with founders and engineers to build design systems and intuitive interfaces for biopharma marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for core applications: concept, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and user flows
• Collaborate with founders and engineers to rapidly iterate and launch new features that delight users
• Synthesize customer insights and business goals into visually compelling and intuitive design solutions
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the platform
• Help craft the product narrative and champion best-in-class design within an environment driven by speed, experimentation, and feedback
• Establish and uphold user-centered design processes from the ground-up, in partnership with product and engineering
• Flex across brand, marketing, and user experience as needed to help grow the business

Requirements

• Proven success designing digital products from early ideas to shipped applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a combination of UX, UI, interaction, and visual design skills
• Experience collaborating within fast-moving, cross-functional startup teams
• Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions amidst ambiguity, and drive outcomes
• Passion for solving complex problems with simple, elegant interfaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Unreal work ethic and the motivation required to build ambitious products from scratch
