The role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms through user research and prototyping. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable design systems and ensure a seamless design handoff to developers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
- Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems
- Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (from research to final visuals)
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience working on both web and mobile platforms
- Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus
- Experience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage
