Own the end-to-end product design strategy for a B2B SaaS platform, from discovery and information architecture to final UI. Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and build production-ready sites using Framer and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop a working understanding of the product, its users, business model, competitive landscape, and opportunities, translating insights into a coherent design strategy
- Define design principles, information architecture, and UX patterns aligned with product goals
- Lead discovery efforts by identifying what needs to be designed, not just how to design it
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and communicate design rationale clearly
- Own design from concept to delivery, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Build and maintain production-ready sites and landing pages using Framer or similar no-code/low-code tools
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, and Copy.ai to generate and iterate on content, visuals, and design variations
- Establish and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Proactively identify ambiguity and drive alignment through workshops, structured discussions, and design proposals
- Present design work with clear rationale, knowing when to challenge assumptions and when to adapt
Requirements
- 9+ years of UX/Product Design experience
- At least 2 years in a Lead or Principal capacity
- Demonstrated ability to own product design strategy
- Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, problem-solving, and visual design quality
- Hands-on experience building with Framer
- Fluency with AI content generation tools integrated into a real design workflow
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-intermediate English level
