- Own the full product design surface from concept to production
- Build design systems and style guides for a nascent product category
- Stress-test design ideas with real users and iterate based on feedback
- Ship production-ready designs that hold up at scale
- Work closely with founders on product strategy and direction
- Make strong design decisions and push back when something doesn't feel right
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience at an early-stage consumer startup
- Proven track record of shipping full-scale apps from concept to production
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Product thinker who can shape what gets built, not just execute visual design
- Core team member experience building products people love from the ground up
