Lead the strategy and execution of user experience design for global enterprise solutions focused on distributed energy management. You will conduct user research, create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and mentor other designers to drive inclusive, human-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of user experience design for global enterprise solutions
- Conduct, synthesize, and communicate user research insights to deepen understanding of diverse utility personas and inform customer-centric design decisions
- Design end-to-end user experiences—from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity prototypes—using tools such as Figma
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX design and research, ideally within enterprise SaaS or technology platforms
- Proven ability to lead UX initiatives across large-scale, cross-functional programs with accountability for design outcomes
- Expertise in user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable, high-quality design solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows and integrations
