The UX Designer will create intuitive, scalable digital experiences for B2B enterprise users in the financial services and lending space. This includes managing the full design lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to final specifications and implementation within a design system.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX design efforts across the product lifecycle
- Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering
- Participate in discovery efforts to help define problems and shape design opportunities
- Communicate design rationale clearly
- Work with Engineering throughout design and development
- Manage stakeholder expectations and clearly communicate design decisions and tradeoffs
- Present and defend UX decisions to stakeholders
- Work within an established design system, leveraging and improving patterns as needed
- Participate in grooming and ensure high-quality implementation
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency
- Incorporate user testing, usability feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Strong experience working within design systems at scale
- Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop and mobile breakpoints
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience or familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
- Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow
