Hybrid $120 - $150 Contract Senior

Design end-to-end provider workflows and clinical interfaces for a virtual-first women's health platform. Conduct discovery with clinical operations teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces that reduce cognitive load.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end provider workflows across core clinical surfaces
  • Conduct discovery with provider and clinical operations teams
  • Translate complex clinical workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are built with high fidelity and speed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and B2B or enterprise UX
  • Proven ability to lead design end-to-end
  • Experience designing for dense, data-rich interfaces
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
