Design end-to-end provider workflows and clinical interfaces for a virtual-first women's health platform. Conduct discovery with clinical operations teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces that reduce cognitive load.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end provider workflows across core clinical surfaces
- Conduct discovery with provider and clinical operations teams
- Translate complex clinical workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are built with high fidelity and speed
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and B2B or enterprise UX
- Proven ability to lead design end-to-end
- Experience designing for dense, data-rich interfaces
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
