- Set a high visual bar for across all external surfaces
- Design, build, and maintain design systems for web and mobile
- Prototype in code using AI-assisted design tools
- Accelerate the design-to-engineering-to-deploy workflow
- Manage a small team of brand designers
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in-house or at an agency as a designer, frontend engineer, or UI/UX engineer
- A high bar for craft: typography, spacing, layout, grid, and visual hierarchy
- Design tool proficiency: Figma, Webflow, Builder.io (or equivalent)
- Frontend fluency: React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, HTML
