Lead the UX and UI design for mobile and web experiences to improve onboarding, search, and engagement. Identify user friction points and collaborate with engineering to implement scalable design systems and product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX and UI design for GreenChoice's mobile app and web experiences
- Identify friction points and opportunities throughout the customer journey
- Improve onboarding, search, discovery, education, and engagement experiences
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable product improvements
- Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity experiences using Figma
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, and UI Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Experience designing successful consumer-facing web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
