Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and problem definition to shipping polished, accessible workflows across web and mobile. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build scalable design systems and translate complex data into actionable product strategies.
Responsibilities
- Discover and define problem spaces and success metrics
- Design end-to-end flows across web and mobile
- Prototype fast and validate with users
- Drive implementation with engineering and run final design reviews
- Contribute to the design system and build scalable, accessible patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate alignment in ambiguity
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product design or equivalent depth
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, crisp UX, and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Fluent in Figma and Claude Code workflows
- Clear communicator who can tell compelling product stories and align cross-functional partners
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
