Lead end-to-end product design projects from discovery to delivery for a mobile social discovery app. Partner with cross-functional squads to shape product strategy and optimize growth, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design projects from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Brand Marketing, Data Analysts, Legal and Trust&Safety to solve meaningful user problems
- Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, and roadmap discussions
- Design mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android with strong attention to usability, accessibility, and visual quality
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong visual design skills
- Ability to use data, research, and user feedback to guide decisions
- Experience with social, community, social discovery, gaming, or consumer subscription products is a plus
