- Lead the end-to-end design processâfrom discovery and research to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and deliveryâacross both enterprise and consumer experiences
- Partner closely with product management and engineering to define product strategy, goals, and success metrics
- Evolve the Sanas Design System and UI component library, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all platforms and products
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on user-centered, data-informed design for digital products
- 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring designers, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing process, systems thinking, and shipped product work that demonstrates usability, craft, and business impact
