Lead Graphic Designer

Lead the design strategy and visual identity for Good360's brand portfolio, creating high-impact multimedia assets and brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maintain brand consistency across all digital and print channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy for Good360's brand, including visual identity, guidelines, templates, and brand systems
• Translate brand research, audience insights, and organizational strategy into mission-driven creative concepts
• Develop high-impact assets that reinforce consistency, recognition, and trust across all audiences and channels
• Champion, document, and refine comprehensive brand guidelines to scale with organizational strategic goals and growth

Requirements

• 5 years of professional brand design experience, including demonstrated leadership of large-scale branding or rebranding initiatives for high-visibility, nonprofit organizations
• A robust, mission-driven portfolio demonstrating brand strategy, visual identity development, and cohesive creative systems — nonprofit or social impact experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices
