Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end product design process to create intuitive member experiences across mobile and web platforms. Translate complex healthcare and biomarker data into simple, actionable, and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process across core member experiences
• Design intuitive workflows and user experiences across onboarding, biomarker results, dashboards, recommendations, subscriptions, and member engagement
• Translate complex healthcare and biomarker data into simple, digestible, user-friendly experiences
• Partner closely with product and engineering to define requirements, prioritize opportunities, and ship quickly
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform product decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, flows, high-fidelity mocks, and production-ready designs

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience across consumer apps, SaaS, health tech, wellness, ecommerce, or subscription products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and UX problem solving
• Experience designing data-rich or behavior-driven consumer experiences
• Deep experience in Figma, including auto layout, components & variants, design systems, prototyping
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Excellent visual design instincts across layout, hierarchy, spacing, and typography
