Multimedia Training Developer / Graphic Designer

Design and produce high-quality interactive training content, including CBT modules and instructional videos, for military electrical systems. Collaborate with engineering SMEs to translate complex technical manuals and schematics into clear visual learning assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality instructional videos and photographs of military electrical systems, assemblies, components, and maintenance procedures
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive CBT modules and digital learning products tailored for military personnel who operate and maintain technical electrical systems
• Translate complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, maintenance procedures, and technical manuals into clear, accurate, and visually effective 2D/3D graphics, animations, interfaces, and learning assets
• Collaborate closely with engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, and technical personnel to ensure all content is technically accurate, instructionally effective, and aligned to mission needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, Game Design, Computer Graphics, Communications, Photography, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia development, eLearning, or CBT creation
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent multimedia authoring and design platforms
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and visually represent technical manuals, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance procedures
• Strong video production and editing skills, including experience planning shoots, capturing technical imagery, and editing polished instructional content
