Lead the end-to-end process of discovery, design, and shipping for a Legaltech AI platform. Collaborate with Engineering to implement intuitive user experiences and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and research to identify points of friction in adoption and engagement
- Designing elegant and effective solutions centered on clarity, productivity, and user value
- Working on high-impact product areas such as onboarding, workflows, and notifications
- Contributing to the evolution of the design system and ensuring consistency and scalability
- Shipping improvements and collaborating with the engineering team
Requirements
- Solid experience in product discovery
- Ability to contribute to the front-end using React and Git
- Strong product mindset and ability to formulate clear problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams
- Track record of demonstrated measurable improvements in adoption or engagement
