Lead end-to-end product design for complex digital experiences, from discovery and concept development through implementation. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable user experiences while maintaining design systems.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end product design initiatives for complex digital products and features
- Partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and business stakeholders
- Translating complex business and operational challenges into intuitive, scalable user experiences
- Conducting and synthesizing user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product thinking, user-centered design, visual design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product development
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping, component architecture, design systems, and collaborative workflows
