Lead the design and delivery of bags, accessories, and gifting products from initial concept to final production. Manage and mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in driving the brand forward through creative product design
- Supporting the creation of visuals, artwork, and accurate technical specification sheets
- Helping maintain product decks, range plans, product codes, pricing, and visuals
- Contributing ideas for creative product solutions
- Supporting the sample process, checking quality and ensuring products meet brand standards
- Leading the development of gifting and lifestyle products
- Shaping the creative direction and product vision for seasonal collections
- Line managing Product Designers and Design Assistants
Requirements
- A design qualification in fashion or product design
- Senior-level experience delivering products from concept to production
- A strong, concept-driven portfolio
- Experience line managing or mentoring midweight/junior designers
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of packaging design, typography, retail products, accessories, and gifting trends
