Own end-to-end UX/UI for product initiatives from concept to launch, partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure high-quality builds. Responsible for creating flows, high-fidelity UI in Figma, and iterating based on usability tests and data.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX/UI for well-scoped initiatives, from early concept through launch and iteration
- Partner with Product to clarify problems, constraints, and success criteria, and contribute to discovery
- Produce clear flows, interaction states, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, and create prototypes for alignment and testing
- Apply the design system consistently, identify gaps, and contribute improvements
- Provide specs, states, and rationale, and partner with engineers to ensure quality in build
- Communicate trade-offs and rationale clearly with PM, Engineering, Ops, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years in product design
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking, iteration, and ability to simplify complexity
- Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility basics
- Strong proficiency in Figma and comfort working with design systems
- Experience designing data-heavy UIs and/or permissioned workflows
