The Senior Product Designer will create intuitive user experiences for parents, coaches, and players across various platforms. This includes conducting user research, maintaining the design system, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to execute features.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact, consistent, and intuitive user experiences across platforms
- Conduct user research and leverage insights to define product requirements
- Use a data-driven approach to tie design decisions to user research
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to refine requirements
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Shape, improve, and maintain the TeamSnap design system
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product designer or a similar role
- Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent
- Experience in web and app development
- Expertise in using Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience working in tight collaboration and influencing product, engineering, and marketing teams
