Lead user-centered design for web and mobile applications for health and public-sector clients, translating research into intuitive interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design systems and ensure accessibility standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design for web and mobile applications
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed interaction specifications
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and stakeholders
- Contribute to and maintain component libraries and design systems
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design throughout the design process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- 1+ years of professional and relevant experience
- US Citizenship is required
