Lead the end-to-end digital design process to elevate user experience and create a modern, coherent visual identity for the app and web. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to evolve the Design System and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop the investigation, understand real user needs, analyze trends, and transform insights into efficient solutions
- Elevate the visual and interactive design, including the development of high-fidelity prototypes, flows, micro-interactions, and animations
- Evolve, document, and scale the Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a solid visual identity throughout the product
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure clear hand-offs, implementation tracking, and pixel-perfect results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design
- Experience in the full cycle of design: research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery
- Experience working with and scaling design systems
- Strong UI execution skills: attention to detail, visual consistency, and ability to design interfaces that generate a wow effect
