Senior Product Designer
Talentgrator 🇷🇸 Vršac, South Banat Administrative District, Serbia
Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery to final implementation of scalable, data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered experiences and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery to final implementation
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and validation activities
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex product challenges
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Create intuitive, scalable, and data-driven design solutions aligned with business objectives
- Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, and feature planning
- Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business KPIs to improve product performance
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership
- Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and design best practices across products
- Mentor and support other designers when needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a Senior Product Designer role
- At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming/Gambling domain
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX expertise, and complex product solutions
- Experience working on B2B and/or B2C digital products
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Experience conducting user research and working with qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven design decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, BA, QA, and Engineering
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions using both user and business rationale
- Russian - fluent English - Intermediate+ (ability to communicate with international teams and documentation)
