Lead the end-to-end design of new features and improvements for cloud contact center software, focusing on AI-generated insights. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences for Agent, Supervisor, and Admin personas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new features and improvements from concept to launch
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Contribute to and help maintain the design system
- Mentor and guide other designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing work on complex, data-rich applications
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate and enhance the design workflow
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles
- Experience with user research and usability testing
