Commercial Graphic Designer

Provide graphic support for the Commercial Leasing team by creating marketing materials, site plans, and digital assets. Manage the design of website graphics, social media campaigns, and trade show signage to communicate the company brand.
Responsibilities
- Rendering of the Commercial Leasing department's site plans, marketing brochures, aerials, etc.
- Coordinating with the Company's respective design departments to ensure that leasing plans and square footages are accurate, current, and consistent with all other department's records
- Management and design of website graphics, including site plans, photos, and other images as-needed
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for commercial properties to support leasing strategy and identify opportunities
- Develop and design compelling presentations and marketing materials to assist the leasing team in showcasing property value
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, and ability to offer a variety of design solutions
