Support the design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes through three technical rotations. Contribute to factory innovation, lifecycle management, and cross-functional projects while ensuring GMP and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Contribute to manufacturing processes improvements, factory innovation, and lifecycle management initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, product, quality, and regulatory teams
- Analyze technical challenges and propose practical, data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards in all activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
- Recently graduated or maximum 1 year of work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
