UX Designer (Senior / Subject Matter Expert)
Northramp Llc Remote (🇺🇸 Washington, District of Columbia, United States of America)
Lead end-to-end UX engagements including discovery, research, and the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and clients to visualize and validate digital products before development.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX engagements: discovery, user research, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, and design validation
- Conduct user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and usability testing sessions to surface insights that drive design decisions
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma (or equivalent tool) that bring client visions to life
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of UX/service design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch)
- Demonstrated background in visual/graphic design, fine arts, illustration, or a related creative discipline
- Strong service design practice: experience producing service blueprints, journey maps, and experience frameworks across multi-channel services
