Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of products, user interfaces, and experiences.
- Plan and conduct user research activities and synthesize results into actionable insights.
- Solve user problems and create new product experiences to reinvent their use, design, and functionality.
- Create functional prototypes and models.
- Create demonstration videos and clear documentation to communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Renew designs based on feedback, test results, and technical constraints.
Requirements
- Higher education in Interaction Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interaction Design, HCI, UX, Design.
- Proven experience in project management and application of user experience research.
- Excellent communication skills: able to present work, explain a design project and create demonstration videos.
- Ability to lead projects and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
