Lead and manage the design process for major infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with construction objectives and client requirements. Act as the primary interface between design consultants, project teams, and stakeholders to optimize delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process to ensure alignment with construction delivery objectives and client requirements
- Managing and reviewing documentation associated with all deliverables and time-based functions
- Act as the primary interface between design consultants, project teams, client and key stakeholders
- Drive programme performance by ensuring design deliverables are achieved within required timeframes
- Manage regulatory approvals and coordinate engagement with third-party stakeholders
- Developing and delivering innovative technical solutions to resolve design-related issues
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience across complex infrastructure or civil construction projects
- Strong understanding of the integral role design plays in successful project delivery
- Proven expertise in managing a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong leadership throughout the design lifecycle
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic project environment
