Senior UX Researcher

Conduct user research and usability tests to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital banking interfaces. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate user feedback into product strategy and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execution of user research and usability tests to understand customer needs, pain points, and integrate feedback and preferences to banking products and services
- Creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms and applications
- Design and maintenance of visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the bank's brand identity and design guidelines
- Creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features
- Accessibility considerations to ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines
- Monitoring of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design quality and innovation of banking products
Requirements
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Strong communication skills (insights playback and delivery)
- Ability to help influence and shape Business and product strategy
- Experience in working with data platforms
- Experience in shaping propositions
- Financial services experience/working in a large organisation
