UX Designer - Credit Cards (12 Month FTC)

The UX Designer will craft end-to-end user journeys for credit card business customers using central design systems and prototyping tools. They are responsible for balancing business requirements with user needs and advocating for inclusive, accessible designs.
Responsibilities
- Skilfully crafting the end-to-end user experience, bringing together a cohesive journey step by step
- Bringing designs to life with a choice of prototyping software
- Balancing business requirements with user needs, gathering user research and rationale to align partners on individual user needs
- Being adaptable to the technical constraints of different platforms, yet still able to give guidance on creating the best possible end-user experience
- Advocating customer inclusion and making an inclusive and accessible design to be used by customers of a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and technical abilities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or visual design
- Strong experience as an interaction designer, UX designer, or visual designer
- Full ownership of the interaction design project
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills
- Comfortable using existing design systems and proactively recommending new ways to improve and extend them
