Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for global retail design with a specific focus on the China market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative design solutions with business goals and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Aesthetic Insight & Creative Capability: propose innovative design solutions that align with brand identity
- Strong Project Management & Ownership: arrange project progress, allocate work tasks, and collaborate with related team members
- Cross-Team Communication & Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify design requirements, align project goals, and present design ideas
- User-Centric and agility mindset: capture aesthetic preferences and usage habits of the brand's target audience, adjust design strategies based on audience and market feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Interior & Architect Design, or related majors
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in brand design team or design agency
- Previous portfolio attached together with CV is preferred
- Working experience in fast-paced industries such as toy, fashion, sport is preferred
- Strong stress resistance and adaptability
- Able to handle multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Master common professional design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Autocad, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.
