Lead the end-to-end design process for AI-powered ITSM features, from initial discovery and prototyping to final delivery. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, accessible user experiences while contributing to the organization's design system and UX maturity.
Responsibilities
- Rapid prototyping and refinement of new AI-powered concepts
- Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery
- Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences
- Creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design
- A bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field
- Experience in shipping and measuring the success of AI-powered features from a human-centered design perspective
- Skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
